sorry i'm pants at keeping up. news here , pregnancy progressing well i'm 18 weeks tomorrow but not keeping that great. Keep spending nights in hossie. No takes for our home yet but we have fund one we want but need 13k for a deposit.
House we want is in wellbank which is a bit rural but ok.

So dribblers how can I raise 13k ASAP

Lilac - its good to hear from you. Picked up bits about the hospital trips from facebook. Sounds like its been a real struggle hun. Heres hoping it gets easier hun.
Easy way to get 13k? Hm may need a day or 2 to come up with an answer.lol.
If your own house sold would you have enough equity for the deposit? Not sure how it all works in Scotland.

As for me met client that went well, might have another web design project, had loads of brilliant invite ideas adding them onto the ready made range. And another couple of ideas that I have cooking up at the moment. Just feel exceptionally positive about the future – it is all good right now!

Lilac without wanting to be negative I would be wary about paying a deposit without having a buyer for yours. Would you lose your deposit if you couldn't sell yours in time and had to withdraw from the sale. Not sure how the system works up there so may not be an issue. Just from experience it took us an awful long time to sell my mums flat to get the money to build her granny flat here and we ended up about £20k down on what we expected to get for it.
Just be wary about what you commit to before having a buyer and a price for your house. I'm sure it will all come together for you very soon hun and I am sure you are desperate to have it all sorted out as soon as possible.
