Hey all... sorry I've not been about but too much going on.

I think my depression has come back again.... and I had a call from the police today about my sister, she's okay but went missing and left notes.... Then there's all the stuff going on at school (possibly closing, stress!) and OH is starting a new job in a couple of weeks... oh and to add to that I am pretty bloody lonely at home all day everyday.... life is a bit grrr at the moment.

The worst thing about my depression is that I get irritated really easily and take it out on everyone else. I'm not a cryer....

I'm going to try to pop to the docs in the morning, but I have a lot to catch up on today after missing work this morning.

But on the plus side, I am almost up and trading on amazon, and ebay sales are doing really well averaging at about £60 a day

thanks elly.... All I want at the moment is to be left alone... which doesn;t happen with two kids knocking about!

its hard sometimes you really do just want peace and quiet however mine are 9&7 now and i am most definitely being made redundant we went to a soft play last week with their friends and i was left sitting for 2 hrs while they played my only use was getting the drinks in lol i'm taking a book next time

how old are your 2 , i've got some videos upstairs if you want feel bad but if i needed a break the double funsong factory always worked and meant they knew the nursery songs when the went made myself feel better as it looks educational.lol
my youngest went to football training tonight and had to go home the cold really doesnt suit him ,told him to wear his tracksuit wed think i might have to get him those thermal things to wear under kit.

well looked in the mirror this morning and my hair is several shades of ginger lol dont mind there is not one grey.I'm trying to grow it so i can go back to my lazy habit of chuck it up in a clip[ and straighten my fringe only.my main step for this week is sit down and write the letter to the ombusman re the bank,
Mambury hope you are feeling a bit brighter was it yourself that came off their anti-d if so you may have to consider restarting maybe thats the way to get back on track.A lot of people try and fight depression rather than aaccept that for some it is just a lack of serotonin and if you were short of thyroxine you would not hesitate to take a replacement ,dont know if this helps so virtual hug sent as well and by the way i just made you a cup of tea
i have the monday oh god back to work feeling the joke is its tuesday ,will be ok only have thursday to work hopefully a quick week
