Happy Sunday morning all, hope that you have been enjoying the weekend! I have loved the last of the sunshine and have been quite productive this weekend.
Nixi – great news about the giveaways, I am so happy that they are going so well - I am a bit disorganised on twitter so please DM me when you can I will make sure that I retweet to my followers. Bless, the little ones going back to school is making a easier for all you yummy mummies to get back on track. My friends all love their little ones, but they are happy that they are back at school.
Rosie – Morning, Morning hope your well x
Jo – thanks for the Step to if for September – here’s mine...
List 5 things you are pleased about doing so far this year.
· Happy that I made the decision to join MSE and become a dribbler, honestly for me doing this challenge has been life changing.
· Happy that I started my own business, I am great at dreaming but not always so good at doing, I am really happy that I have followed through with something that is important to me.
· Pleased about throwing myself out there – I have surprised myself with the stuff that I can actually do e.g. going to tweet up, contacting companies and people who I thought were ‘bigger and better ‘ than me.
· Happy that I have made a whole bundle of amazing new friends (both digital and physical)
· Happy about taking control of my finances and not passively letting things get out of control, I didn’t realise how much earning potential I really had and what I am capable to ding when I apply myself to saving money.
List 5 mistakes you have made and what they have taught you.
· Taking on too much, I am learning that sometimes you have to say no and that isn’t a bad thing better to do a few things well than a lot of things badly.
· Not taking care of my health and diet properly, I am being more sensible with what I put in my body and realising that if I don’t take care of myself appropriately it affects everything I do.
· Not to make assumptions about people, I have learnt that I need to be a bit more open minded and trust in the better side of human nature.
· Not to advertise in local newspapers – it is a huge waste of money and networking and speaking to others is a better from of advertising.
· Not being clear, I have learnt to make sure that things are clearly communicated and the t are crossed and i’s dotted. Lack of clarity can cause confusion and conflict.
List 5 things about other people that have inspired you.
All of the people I have met this year (specifically the dribblers) have taught me about:
· Bravery
· determination,
· dedication
· friendship
· self-belief
The little and big acts of kindness that people have performed for each other have really restored my faith in human nature.
List 5 things you would love to be brave enough to do.
· A proper bungee jump I really want to do one of those!
· A parachute jump – I really will do one of those!
· Do something with some of poetry I have written
I only have three, I honestly think all of the big things that have scared me I have kind of done! The 5 15 minute things that I can do I will think over the next week.
Sorted out two new pairs of glasses there is a great little market near me and I have got some gorgeous frames so two pairs of designer frames and lenses are £40 each.
That is a bargain for me, I have tried glasses direct before but the frames that I got were far nicer than anything I could have got there.
Epic posting done – I offski to have some breakfast, get the papers in, hang out the washing and update the blog... I’m on a roll this morning!
Big dribbly hugs to all

Well time for chapter nine.
Well the months this year have just bob, bob, bobbed all along down the river and into the sea.In the village it had been a mixed bag for all the residents but one thing for sure with only four months to go to the first new year celebrations in the new village of smirkentree many friends and lifetime friendships had been formed along the road well riverside in thier case.
September is a time for change of colour and seasons and the month of the village fete ,the younger women of the village would gather in the hall to see who would wear the carnival queen crown this year .well it was really a brides tiara that had been won in a competition that nixi had run in the local rag but someone suggested that it was so pretty that maybe this year it should be worn by the carnival queen well you need someone young and pretty to open the fete and get the young men to come along and pay homage to the giant sulkie in the village square.
The local folk round here have there own beliefs with talk about money dust and pixies but dont forget ,first in the race to the giant sulkie that manages to mount it and kiss her lips marries the carnival queen.
Nervously in the village hall stood baby all alone you see the only other eligible batcherlorette this year was currently in spain, Baby had thought long and hard before putting herself forward as the carnival queen but she felt that after her mum had given her such a silly name she finally had to prove that she was all grown up.
Well the only problem for baby was that she had forgotten about the race and it was not until the day of the fete that she remembered about the race well remembered isnt quite how it went, there she stood in front of the mirror regaled in the finest white silk dress that was handed down through the ages to the next carnival queen(ok it had been taken in and let out several times just as well there were some fine seamstresses in the village) .Just at that time her mother staggered into the room due to one too many glasses of champagne and looked at baby.
God your 'e gorgeous baby you always were, she is isnt she and that tiara sets her of right nice for her wedding,
what wedding yelled baby
your wedding the vicar waits at the fininshing line and marries you there and then,
I cant my boyfriends away mum you knew that ,
but you know youve got to marry the winner .
Baby sat down flumoxed her boyfriend lived in the next village but he and his family had been away for two months visiting in Australia and Baby hadnt even thought about the race ,she couldnt marry any one else what was she going to do?
Her mum announced that she had to at least cut the ribbon to open the fete and start the race, so she agreed off they went to the fete in the decorated boat that floated down the river and soon the giant sulkie loomed,as it was when she got to the ribbon it all suddenly seemed strange .
Where were all the men ?
oh dont worry they all knew that you wouldnt marry anyone else but thought you would make a real pretty queen and they all figuered out months ago that the fete clashed with the England game .
What will we do now with no race ?
oh dont worry we changed it to a wedding show, skints bakery has made 3 cakes for you to try ,you already have youre tiara but mabel and yukki have some other jewellery for you to look at,dilli has a whole range of invites, paula has the cake toppers, nikki is doing the manicures and spray tans, mambury has that special hair dye that matches your merkin that mabel has already made ooooooooooh baby i never thought you'd end up old enough to get married far less wear a turquoise merkin maybe i should have called youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu? So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0 -
