Elle sometimes fresh orange juice can be good for rehydrating as contains some of the stuff your body needs or as mambury says some rehydration salts like dioralite. stay inside at hottest part of day. wear a hat when out and keep fluid levels topped up and maybe salt as you may be losing a lot. but don't over do that. when I went on holidays to greece in august I used to eat fairly healthy but have some ready salted crisps too. I don't normally really do crisps but they seemed to just appeal to me and I think cos I needed a bit more salt cos of fluid loss. of course non of this is really medical advice and there are probably better ways of getting the balance right.lol.

  • Mambury – I make myself sad all the time posting stuff on my blog! I have a real shoe thing at the moment. They are all so beautiful! Bless the little one’s had to have Subway eh! x

Elle – adding to what Jo said apple juice is quite good for the electrolytes, might be worth swigging some of that to help replace fluid. And yes to salty crisps – just hope that you feel better.

Amber – awww... next year definitely I am going to be a cat momma!

As for me, it will be a heads down morning, I am really happy albeit a bit sleepy, I have a whole load to do and I am hoping I get to do it as last night was a bust. Cooked dinner, internet shop showed up, attempted to write marketing proposal while friend talked incessantly – I figured she was just trying to talk me off my lappy as she wanted to use it.

Husband was on man period – being a grump and eating sweets, I did ask him if he wanted evening primrose oil – maybe a hot water bottle would have been better.

Whatever happens tonight I think I am going to have to work downstairs and get some work done this evening, have a whole load of ideas and I need to get them sorted d-day is looming for this ready made range. If I drag on any longer all of the dribbler kiddies will be ready to get married by the time I finish.

Time to get on my to do list and get this road on the show (yes exactly the way that is written!)
Hugs to all this morning you lovely dribblers you x

Have a great day Elly, I hope your neice has a good time too.

Thanks for the care last night everyone, I went to sleep although it was very fitful. Our current apartment has building works outside, we were told they would be gone by last Friday but they are still here. It's very noisy...there's a dog upstairs, too. It barks all the time...it's a block of apartments with very thin walls, and it's too hot inside. The dog must be really sad.

Anyway, am having a freshly squeezed orange juice in a cafe, it's quite nice. Hopefully today will be a better day for us both.

Amber, I am so jealous of your cats. I cannot wait to get some!!

Dilli hope your day turned out well.
Elly hope you got some boxes sorted.
Elle hope you are feeling better and whoop whoop about finding somewhere to live.
Have been getting to grips with new job today. So far so good. I'm a bit tense but it will wear off I think.
