Simple answer, and there is *no* nice way to say this: Pay up. If you've failed to teach your kid some manners with his litter, let him learn via his pocket! It's still a better deal than a £5k fine or 5 years in prison for Arson because that fag end started a heath fire or similar.

From what you say he can spin the wheel and go to the mags court if he likes, but this has the risk a permanent black mark coming up in a CRB check for the rest of his life if he loses.

People bleat on about anti-social behaviour and littering on the one hand, then on the other whine when the laws in place to deal with it are exercised saying 'shouldn't you be catching rapists and murders blah blah blah'.

The best advice anyone can give (assuming he did it) is this: Just pay it, whine, and move on - oh, and don't do it again. End of.

Er, how can anyone be sure he did it? Ok, fair enough, if he did he needs to pay up but at the moment there is no evidence to support the accusation.

How can anyone be sure he did *not* do it? Do you think they picked him at random from the phone book :rotfl:

By all means view the evidence, but I stand by what I said. Thank you for quoting it in it's entirety.

Ok Mr_Oink - I reckon you murdered someone last night in cold blood. I suggest you present yourself at the local prison for immediate incarceration - lets not bother with any formalities like evidence etc unless you can prove you didn't murder anyone that is.

How did you know? Well, it's a fair cop - which prison?

Whilst I appreciate your rhetoric, it's fair to say there is a very good chance this kid *did* this - but the caveat is right there in my post if you read *all* of it, right there at the bottom where the special needs people with poor concentration often fear to tread:

    That OK for you? :T

No. There is no reason to assume he did it nor is there any reason for you (or anyone else on here) to think there is a good chance he did it. The best advice would be to ascertain the validity of the accusation before doing anything.

So - if there *is* evidence to support this kid did it, would you say this is good advice:

A simple 'yes' or 'no' will do - but feel free to troll away dude :D

Your the troll dude - we often see your type around here who would rather see people get into trouble instead of helping them out - either way I think your advice was rubbish.

Hate to be pedantic, but that would be 'You're' not 'your' FYI and last time I checked, TINW.

The advice is good. But I suspect people with bad manners will have a problem with that and respecting authority. Good luck with that - I'm done with you point of view, I'm sure that as a troll you have the need for a the last word. Be my guest......>>>:D

Troll? I'm not the one changing the subject to typing errors - I assume this means you can no longer defend your position as my assessment of your advice was accurate.

No. I have given my point of view, and given my view on yours. Please review my posts if you have any doubt. Is there anything else I can help you with?
