Not in my experience and I have tried this before.I have pointed out that the deals are much better on the net from other companies and have been told that there is nothing they can do about it.

Last year my DDs contract came to an end with T.Mobile the contract was in my OH name. T.Mobile direct could not touch a deal he found on line and could not give her the phone she wanted .Took out the contract online with the phone she wanted still with T.mobile and the same number and automatic cashback paid into bank account after 8 months(£140) no problems and cashback went back into the bank account as promised, that was with A1 mobiles.
