Yes.it was me having a 'senior moment' :rotfl:

In using the tags and inserting the URL, I was forgetting to add the all important .jpg to the end of the URL so MSE didn't know what image format I was trying to post.

Thanks for the help guys ... I'm back on the image posting road, but it still doesn't alter the fact that MSE has an issue with it's image posting icon

You can input the [/email]B code to do those manually, and in doing so you bypass the pop-up dialogue that doesn't seem to be working in IE8 etc.
