Personal Car Leasing/ Hire

I think the concensus is that to go for the deal rather than a specific make and model, as there always seems to be good cars available at attractive prices, I think it was the dodge caliber and the big volvo 4x4 last year. I have just recieved an email offering a Passat CC for £218 a month.0

Well I had originally been looking at a certain car, but got a really good quote on a Citoen C1...which has swayed me.....Think I might go for it :j:j0

Check if the quote is inclusive or plus VAT.
Also, be very sure that you will be in a position to keep the car the full term as the get out clauses are often quite steep.
Also, make sure you look after the car properly - tyres, servicing, repair any dings, etc as they could bill you for those subsequently.
Otherwise, go for it!!0 -

Have you got any figures? Lease amount inc VAT how many payments up front and length of lease, maintenance you say? and VED?
What is the cheapest you have found to buy and at what finance rate?
TBH I will be slightly surprised if you can get this to work out cheaper via a lease. Or do Citreon have a special on?0 -

Which site?
These generally go for about mid 400/month.
Sounds like 1 of those deals which doesn't exist, they then try to reel you in with other offers.
A link would be nice, thanks.0 -

Your welcome, Great deal considering a quick google shows up similar 2 yr 10K mileage deals:
Vauxhall Zafira 1.6i - £219.99 +VAT
Nissan Qashqui 2.0 Dci - £265.07 +VAT
and a whopping £361 +VAT for a 1.4 Alfa Mito!!!!
Like house prices I will never understand car leasing prices.0
