Phones 4 u - Sold Wrong Tariff

I ordered from Phones4u in July and paid full price line rental on my first months bill from Orange and then the discounted tariff price was applied correctly to my second bill including a refund of the overpayment from the first month.

50p per minute? where are you calling from?
Maximum cost to an 0844 number from a BT landline is much less than this - more like 5-6ppm (plus 6-7p connection fee)

haha yep. done that as well as kept the reference of the call i made, and screen shots of the tariff i have ordered so that they do not overcharge.

I have read too many horror stories.
