I was not wanting anything other than to register my displeasure of the room, however once the manager began to correspond with lies and a tone which was dismissive and quite aggressive, i then felt i had to respond in kind.
Have you disposed of the pics then? I would definitely put them on TripAdvisor and write a stinging review. Can you not say which hotel it is so we can all avoid it? You could put a draft of your review on here for editing.0
