Tissue in washing

If it's dry then can;t you shake/brush most of it off with your hand? Failing that, tumbling it will get it off - works with cat hair.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Don't forget to clean out the WM as well or you'll get 'bits' on the next wash as well. Trust me, I just know!!!!0

He should get busy with the sellotape, I find the TD gets most of it off too. my DD has black cotton work shirts and they don't suit tissues either.0

I would recommend the tumble dryer approach. Just a short time on a cool heat and it will come off into the filter.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0

I agree with the above - it should be your OHs job to get the tissue off his clothes - he left it in his pocket not you. He should be grateful you do the washing for him.
More helpfully - I usually give the clothes a good shake outside then put them back in for another rinse (make sure all the tissue is out of the machine)
If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!0 -

Oh yes it works like a dream! What's a real pain in the bum is when you leave lip balm in pockets - goes through the washing maching fine. Not so good in the tumble dryer - the grease stains are hell to get out.0 -
This is why I wipe my nose on my sleeve!
