Neighbour router access - EXPERT HELP PLEASE!

I'm guessing the OP flipped their router to WPA but has no idea how to change the network setting on their laptop and are now offline. For ever.0

Do you know anyone locally with a little knowledge of wireless setups?
Really, all you need do once you have reset the router is use a different password, hide the network, and put on the MAC filtering.
Honestly, it is quite simple and after you are shown you will be kicking yourself!!
As for your neighbour, he says it doesn't work. So no need to worry about the knock on the door. If he does start dropping hints, then you will know that he is lying anyway.0 -
