    Visits - well, their first time in 6 years :o
    Phone calls are now more frequent...... but in order to make "headspace" did write an AWOL email a couple of years ago to "toute famille" withdrawing from the family circle ....

    .....Best thing I ever did ...hence all the angst now (fulled by anticipated close contact for frst time in 6 years :eek::rotfl:)

    I WILL BE FINE - off to hoover and thence change some (partic) smellie piggies...cue clothes-peg-on-nose smiley :cool:

    Although there is nothing worse than the poison of constant unwarranted criticism, at least once this "act of duty" is over with, you can put them on the shelf and enjoy the next 6 years of peace.

    OMG :eek::eek::eek::eek:

    I've done it AGAIN :o:o:o:o:o

    In an effort to please (and despite my better judgement ..yet again :o)
    I acceded to her advice today to thaw out "THE BIG TROUT.......( as opposed to my inclination for the "two small ones"...note: for only 3 people :cool: )

    Said large trout has now been weighed ........and clocks in at a mighty 2.5KG :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:......(i.e. NOT 2.5lbs as she supposed)....and also over 24" in length (P.S. well done Uncle Mick - a real beauty :T:T and thanks for gifting it to me :D)

    So need to find out about trout recipes for freezing a trout that has aready been thawed and re-cooked :o:cool:

    I'm sure i will learn one day to have the courage of my convictions and stand up to The Witch :o:o:o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Sorry to hear about your news regarding your friend, Wol, but at least as you say the end was peaceful.

    On a lighter note - you could always consider locating the piglets under the bed your guests will be sleeping in. The smell might persuade them never to visit again......(Naughty naughty Nargle, slap on wrists!)

    Please don;t tempt me you norty woman :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thanx Lou - I thought it was just me being a mad piggie woman...but of all my poiggies he really is the most "interactive"

    I too am convinced he "communicates"..and he is obviously trying very hard to learn the lingo...(although atm I am finding it it hard to translate "yet another wee wee" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
