banks will be fully nationalised next 18 months once interest rates start to ratchet up and house prices properly start dropping to more realistic levels. These false house prices are merly stopping the inevitable collapse.0

The effects of QE has not appeared yet, the interest rate is not likely to rise enough to counteract QE effects and it could even make it quicken as higher rates cause bonds to be worth less.
House value will go down, the mortgage debt relating to it will be less of a problem as prices will not fall with a weaker currency.
Biggest threat to those nationalised banks and maybe lloyds especially is a report forthcoming that may start actions to break or split them into several parts0 -
