Looking further into it: it appears they were suspended from AIM a long time ago and were delisted automatically by the system for failing to relist within the rules.

Damn. I was all ready to buy my next risky share today - ROK, but it rose out of my reach. I kept hoping it would sink back to my buy limit but instead it kept rising - up 15% over the day. *sigh*. He who hesitates is lost.

Excellent thread idea, have really enjoyed this one, thanks.
For sure, assess a company's financial postion to make sure they are viable, but I feel relying on the info at hand is nigh on impossible and seems pointless to a large extent. .

Good job I am currently in a safty/income buying cycle (Sains/tesco etc).I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

Doh, quick autopilot over coffee. Stupid me, you are right, thanks Tony. Have ammended for accuracy and been nice to IC at the same time, do like them really anyway. But the premis that you cannot rely on a company's financials when stock picking still stands as far as I am concerned.

Enron Not when they were trading but as a junk share hoping that they might get rescued. Seemed a good idea at the time and was interesting to be part of a class action.
Lost on Marconi after the Banks filled their pockets and the very next year the new Marconi was the best performing share on the FT SE!I am a Mortgage AdvisorYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Advisor, so you need to take my word for it.
