ive not used them to be honest as ive not had a need to, when i have had a problem it gets sorted my cs

Theres several websites that list them. So all he does is scan for a company name and either a) posts the incorrect contact details, b) incorrect company details, c) posts on a consumer rights forum telling them to escalate when the poster has no rights or d) posts and makes himself look like an idiot aswell as undermining the purpose of these forums

As this thread is now dead as the OP has got a successful outcome (great for them), I will do, as I do with numerous other responses on this forum, I will no longer bother responding to anything on this thread unless it is from the OP.
