    Luc - Hugs to you and hubbles. Great that they've booked him in for the tests so they can put your minds at rest. Don't let the negative thoughts push you down but do chat about how you feel, don't bottle it.

    DH has a counselling assessment on Thursday - we only posted the form off on Friday so they've sorted that out quick! Let's hope it's of some help to him.

    Oh and I forgot about the Challenge 10 bit – what a fab idea! Mine for the day are:
    • 10 minutes walking
    • 10 minutes updating myfitnesspal.com
    • 10 minutes light resistance exercise (sit ups, etc)
    • 10 minutes filling in my 101 things in 1001 days list
    That’s all I can think of so far!
