So the saga continues, we have decided for the best to separate. DH fininshes college in June/July next year so until then he is going into the spare room then moving out when he gets his job. I'm not cooking or cleaning for him, he's going to his mums for that. So thats that

Not sure what to do today ??

    Have good days xx

so sorry to hear your news xx

Well, today it HASNT rained, must be the first day in over 3 weeks!
After the library the boys had everything in the garden, swing ball, goal, bubble machine - they didnt know what to play with!

Made spag bol for tea, blended up the corgette as usual but you could really taste it in the sauce and the boys could. Have to hide the veg as if the boys see bits they wont eat them!

Washing dry of the line so no tumble dryer tomorrow

    Take care everyone xx
    Mum, wife and dinnerlady!

    Boo. ;)

    Remember me? :o

I'm not long in from work and cme on OS to look at cheapo camping recipes as we're heading off for a few days next week but then I read the Daily and saw BB's news. Just wanted to say how sorry I am pet and sending lots of love to you, Spike and the girlies. xxx

Life goes on apace here. I am working full time and still doing OH's books as well as my voluntary posts so busy, busy. We have a pretty good routine now though and the OS hasn't slipped as much as I thought it would. The only things to suffer have been my crafting and baking. Batch cooking is more important than ever, I get help with my cleaning and ironing and I am still managing the garden and chooks.

The tomatoes have ripened early here and we have been self sufficient in lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli and cabbage for a while. Garlic, peppers and chillies are coming as are the beans. Have picked and frozen raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and rhubarb, ready for making jam, wine and gins on a day off. The hens are still laying 4 eggs a day and due to the decrease in my baking I am selling 2 dozen a week. :j

Hubby is cooking alot more now and made a little pot roast for us this evening. The girls are away for the night so when he's back from walking the dog it will be a quiet night in

Anyhoo... enough waffle from me. Love to all the oldies :p and hello to all the people who have no idea who I am. :hello:

Busy day...cattle in garden at 7 am....OH left gate open so I left him to get them out, haven't yet inspected the damage, lots of poo all over and lawns mucked up by big cattle feet I guess.

In hospital at 9.45 for OH's liver scan, his next appointment is for October, presume they will contact us earlier if they discover anything sinister. Then trip to airport with DD2 and DGD3, was tearing my hair out the other day because of noise, now I feel sad as it is so quiet.

After airport DD4, DGS2 and I visited IKEA...love and hate the place, need to go there on my own as then I can ramble around and find what I want, just bought bits really, not sure what I wanted there anyway....great way to waste money I think.

Csarina....have another cake :bdaycake:you deserve it having being cheated out of your birthday treat.

BB...hugs, hope things get better soon.

Started cold here this morning, but blossomed into a lovely day, may get a few bits of weeding done in the garden in a bit, should probably pick some more beans too. Clothes on line are dry so will take them in and put out some more.

Dinner to-night was a Chinese, didn't feel like cooking when we left IKEA, so collected a takeaway from our local on the way home, feel naughty though!

Hugs to all in need or want and welcome to newbies, you will like it here.

Haribo - glad all is well with you and yours!:)

Csarina - I like your idea of counting backwards when you got to 60 - think thats what I'll do:D
    Do what you love :happyhear
  • hugs to BB, I hope in someway you feel relieved that a decision has finally been made.
Rosy - Kindey infections are famous for absolutely wiping the energy from anyone especially elderly people but usually respond really well to treatment so I hope your Aunt recovers soon.
Had my first proper session with my psychologist today, I found it soooooo helpful although I fell asleep during it twice as I slept so badly from my medication! One of the times I fell asleep with my eyes open! OH and I are making a joint effort to eat more healthily and so did a very healthy shop at Mr T's yesterday. We had a full trolley and it only came to around £35 so I guess eating healthy really is cheaper! Not much else to report, thank you for the compliments on my babies, I'll put up another link tomorrow at a more sociable hour for those of you that missed it.

    Happy Birthday Csarina!!!!!

    love to all xxxxxx
Hmmm will add up debt and stick on on later!
