Are you sure?
I'm sorry but you have horrendous feedback, loads of negs and neutrals all relating to postage problems. All I'm trying to say is perhaps there may be something you can do to address these problems your end? I think your buyer just negged you without emailing you first because of your bad feedback regarding postage in the past, but she bought from you anyway and then this happened. I don't see why she should be inclined to email you and I don't think you stand much chance of getting the neg withdrawn, in all honesty. I also don't see why she should deserve a neg either, just because she has left you one?Swagbucks earnings since 22/05/2012 £135 paypal cash

Unfortunaetly there are a lot of unreasonable people around - I say a lot, but in fact they are the minority, but they stand out and ebay has it's fair share.
Some people leave negs just because they can and the fact that you haven't fed them back doesn't deter them.
I would in future not leave feedback until they have as the transaction is not finished.
Personally I would let her whistle if she asks for her money back - she could do a paypal chargeback, but don't make life easy for her.0 -

"Don't make life easy for her" ? All the girl did was take a chance and buy from a seller with absolutely appalling feedback, her items arrived badly packaged and smashed and she negged accordingly.
I fail to see why the buyer is in the wrong here, rather I would look to the seller who seems to have such terrible problems with posting things for some reason.

The OP obviously has very poor feedback but I don't think the buyer should have left a negative feedback rating without contacting the seller. It would have been better for them to have emailed the OP to try and rectify the situation.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
Ruby murray I still stand by what I said. If you leave a negative without any contact or give the seller at least the opportunity to claim compensation from RM that is unfair. There are unpleasant people out there.0

I must have missed it, but did the OP reveal her eBay username?RubyMurray wrote:I'm sorry but you have horrendous feedback, loads of negs and neutrals all relating to postage problems.0 -

Thanks essexhoney.
Wow to be honest I'm not sure how much sympathy you deserve in this case after checking your feedback, don't think I've ever seen anyone with 100+ but well under 95% positives overall. Not to sound patronising, but was it a simple case of the items not being packed well enough? You really do have to bear in mind that our postal service doesn't take as much care as it should in a lot of cases, so you should always overpack to be on the safe side. But looking at your feedback there seem to be more fundamental underlying problems with you as a seller that go way beyond one transaction.0 -
its not fair she didnt contact u before negging u but ur fb is poor thats prob why she did it and if ur packing is poor maybe u need to address that....my brother used to work for initial citilink and he said they used to throw the packages around and some people used to play fooball with the packages
is she making a claim? i think i would have emailed u first before negging u to see if u would refund:rolleyes: Democracy is a process by which the people are free to choose the man who will get the blame.:j0
