This is the address of the following people, it is a residential address. You should send letters to here recorded delivery. Also, here is Russell's mobile number, which rings when you call it. I suspect this is his main business number, which would be a pain to change.

I think everyone should keep ringing this number and I also think that everyone should cancel their phones by reporting them stolen. No-one is going to get any money back from the creditors. Even if you do it will be a fraction of what you are owed.

I feel that they knew this was about to happen to their company, who wouldn't??? Anyway, up to you guys!!! About time everyone stud up to these big corporations and all the scam artists that go with them.

Looking on Rightmove the property was bought on 25th Sept 2009 for a whopping £545,000!!!

BTW - Earthphones owes me £250!

I'm not surprised the house cost £545,000. It's at least £200,000 for a dog kennel in Windsor.

Earth Moblie owe me £152 for my iPhone. Called Consumer Direct, they said call Companies House. Called them and they said Earth Mobile are still registered as a trading company, not in administration or liquidation and that I would have to seek legal advice to try and get my money back.

What would the next step be?

I've been communicating with one of the big phone comparison websites to see where they stand on this issue and they emailed me back with this information

"We have been told that Earth Mobile have not officially gone into administration. We have been told that they are currently meeting with their accountants to determine whether they have the funds to process the orders or whether they need to send the phones back"

Earth Mobile have been trading for 4 years and have had a lot of good reports. Whilst the lying towards the end, the poor customer service and the withholding of our phones is a terrible way to do business. I struggle to see that Russell Tilbury is in this just to rip people off. i'm keeping my fingers crossed this has a good outcome for everyone.
