Can anyone help sort my lappy?

Morning guys - I've come grovelling for help!!

My lappy is very slow and doesn't seem to be working to the best of its ability. I did a full scan yesteday and found two trojans which have now been removed but its still realy slow and incredibily hot!
I'm on Windows Vista and have Microsoft Security, when I go to Task Manager, I have 87 process and I've no idea what they all are - can anyone help as I really can't afford another lappie just yet.

download and run

do a scan and produce a log file and post that

if you did no scan with this

http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

then download it , install and update and do a full scan, fix all it finds and then post the log file from that when it finishes

if you used malwarebytes then post the log file from the last scan (logs tab)

Download CCleaner. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
It's brilliant, cleans your registry and does a scan and cleans your cookies etc. Be aware that it does clean all your internet history so I normally un tick those boxes on the side, since I like to see where I've been for ease of access to sites etc...

Do you have unnecessary programs installed on your laptop that you no longer use? Could uninstall them, as some of them sit in the background when you start up.

tbh you sometimes get to the point when copying anything you want to keep off onto a portable hard disk (or burning to CD) and hitting the factory restore option gets by far the best results with the least effort

and MBAM at least doesn't result in filling the forums with output!

I'm now running the CCleaner - its telling me that 'This process will permanently delete files from your system.' Do I really want to do that? Maybe there is some stuff that I need??
