    Evening all,

Right managed Day 2. A quick wizz around the kitchen - not really Level 1 more like 0.5 but hey it's a start right. Embarrassed to admit I'm finding it hard - I'm clearly right out of the habit.

Dinner soon, then relax to watch Frost Nixon on sky movies.

I have put the new pipe bit on the dyson...really couldn't be easier! No excuse not to use it now though of course!

So nice being home, dinner was cooked, eaten and washed up by the time i'd usually be home. :) Hips are pretty bad today, had to get bus back 2 stops when I nipped out as walking up there nearly killed me. Got some advice from a friend who has the same thing, she can't believe I wasn't referred as a matter of course with my history (both with dodgy hips!), but hey ho, could be much worse!!

DH is playing with his new toy (our new pc) again, and is also sorting out the old one which is going to a charity in Africa.

Haven't really flown today but did pack the spare duvet into a storage bag, though really need a vacuum one..shop was out of them typically!

Well we are finally having a day out tomorrow (yay!) don't really feel like we have had a holiday yet after the debarcle (I dunno how to spell it) with the car when we went to the caravan

So tomorrow we are having a day trip to a nearby bird of prey centre and are meeting a friend there, should be a good day out hopefully!!!

I have charged the batteries for the camera already :)

Then on Thursday after the dentist I am off in to school to help one of our NQTs sort out and set up her classroom (it may take most of Friday as well, it is a bit of a tip tbh) so that will be my flying for Thursday and Friday!!!!

Off to sort out swimming bags as going for a dip with OH
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

    hi all

not too much flying here.. floors done throughout downstairs, & 3 loads of washing/drying but thats about it :o Doing it one handed means everything takes much longer :( My mum is coming tomorrow to do the ironing ;)

Think my dyson needs a service.. can anyone in the glouc/worc/hereford area recommend anyone, or is it worth paying Dyson £69?! We have 2.. and neither of them work properly :( Would prefer not to pay out so much but I can't fix them myself at the mo, & I can't drive to get them anywhere either. Fed up with my arm, can you tell?!

Off to declutter some HM soup from the freezer.. & a large glass of merlot.

    Toots - that's a long list.
I know jue but its nothing very strenuous:D

piggers - I meant to say before -Congratulations getting under £2000 - brilliant!!! I would imagine it is just you being tired and hormonal and having your house invaded by loads of people -hopefully it will all settle down very quickly - but remember if they offer to do anything/help then give them a job - maybe it will put them off coming back?:rotfl:
sexy hope you are not tooo sore - gentle hugs coming your way
hex well done with the playroom - now lock the door until you get back so it cant get untidy!!!
onestep I have heard that the dyson service is well worth it but cant speak from personal experience.

I havent achieved much today - too tired - managed to get my washing out and 95% dry before the rain came on so it is on the airer and will be dry in the morning.
I emptied the airer first - I had left it full with a washing the day I went into hospital so that is all done and dealt with.

have had mother on the phone again despite me saying that i wanted a couple of days peace to settle back in!

had a text from toxic out of the blue to tell me she is a granny again - add baby card to shopping list for tomorrow :(

had a nap for an hour but still feel tired so off to bed shortly

love to everyone - especially LadyL and Diva

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

have spent 2 hours in the vets waiting to be seen so Jynx could be jabbed - SHE was so laid back she fell asleep in the cat basket. It's not an appointment system but 'turn up and you'll be seen in order place' - but they're cheap & good...hence the long queues.

Have been to Mr Ms and scoured the shelves for cardboard big enough and flat enough and have made a start on project Wedding Wishing Well. I have a hexagonal base and top and 6 side pieces all with tabs where appropriate. At the moment the base and sides are glued and drying - held together with pegs no less...

It MUST be finished before we go away and I will have to deliver it to the bride for her/her fiance to take to the venue I think. But the most complex bit is done now:D:D:D:D

I feel a trip to Hobbycraft coming up as I need paper with bricks/stone on to cover the base with and tiles on for the 'roof'.

I have also *almost* updated bank account and tried to ring Tax Credits to tell them DS is staying in full time education...option after option then 'we are busy right now' and *click*
