Well over 2 years now in my case since I last received anything from them, although I'm hanging on to my collection of their self incriminating 'evidence' just in case it comes in useful in any future inquiry or civil/criminal proceedings focused on this pair of partners in grime. It's high time the police took a pro-active interest in their 'tactics' & the DVLA cut off their lifeblood.

Thanks for coming back and updating the thread :T, so many posters dont.

Im hoping it gives new posters reassurance that these are just begging letters and that its completely safe to ignore these letters and private parking companies as a whole.

:eek: Well I noticed my phone had a message on it when i came home today, the message said that if i wanted to avoid further legal action i should phone Newlyn immediatly quoting my reference number.............oh dear I've used the letters on my fire now & i don't have the reference number anymore.

Never mind, I'll see them in court then, when i receive my court date......if ever i get one LOL
