They don't have any of my card details, as no one phoned them to pay for the parking slot. The invoice came through the post as a total surprise

  • Okay, now the 2nd letter has arrived, more threats "Notice Before Legal Action" & "Your Ability To Obtain Credit In The Future Could Be Affected". Also now requesting £150. Along with them threatening to seek a county court judgement against me & issuing a bailiffs warrant.

    How rude me thinks!!

They can't issue a ccj against you as only a court can do that if you can't pay what they say, equally a bailiff will only be sent if you lose the case and refuse to pay.

But you got more chance of winning the lottery jackpot tonight tha that happening.

    Just continue to ignore ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Excellent advice from Taffy here, also worth pointing out that these scammers do not do court and you would have more chance of walking on mars in the next month than losing in court.
