    Poor Newlyn being disappointed in not receiving payment ;) I positively feel for the scamming gits lol
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    My advice is simple but correct and easily carried out.......


    Ignore any more letters, these people send out unenforceable letters which are merely invoices, use the paper to recycle or doodle on, however DO NOT PAY!

    No fear of me paying them thanks. I have ignored every single letter, just as the others have advised :D

    Wow, they don't hang around, letter number 5 arrived 3 days later....mind you it is getting near christmas LOL

    That's the usual sort of twaddle but then Newlyn say:

    'this action will allow bailiffs to remove household effects & cars from your property...' (!!)

    This threat is completely misleading and illegal! Report them please:

    That IS harassment and that wording needs stamping out along with the whole scam.

    Well, oh how time flies, my 6th Letter has arrived this morning. They are sending it back to their client for it to go to court. Here's the letter, just add the http in front:
