Well, I must say carl knight cant stop coning peaple, I just got this email 20 days late:

    Hey sohail,
SweetCollect UK has been acquired by another company who will be
    annouced very soon.
The SweetCollect UK website will close on Thursday August 6th at 3pm. At
this time you will no longer be able to login to the website or to take
    up any offers.
On Friday August 7th your account will be transferred to the new
website, where you will not only be able to earn Sweets as rewards, but
also heaps of other fantastic rewards!

If you have less than 25 items of your account then you will need to
earn at least 25 items before 3pm on Thursday August 6th, as you will
lose any sweets earned at this time if you have less than 25.

If you have any problems with offers you have completed going into the
not-completed section then just drop a quick email to someone in our
    support team.

No more picking lists will be generated now until after 3pm on Thursday
August 6th, so all the sweets you earn between now and then will be sent
    in one go.

If you have any questions please call our support team on 0844 991 9020
or email ONE of the following contacts:
    shanni@isupportmedia.eu
    louise@isupportmedia.eu
    katie@isupportmedia.eu

There are heaps of great offers on the website, there is even a great
offer on the website where you can receive 25 FREE Pixie Sticks for 30
seconds of your time, that will ensure that you receive a package from
us before the site is transferred to the new management.
Login to http://www.sweetcollect.co.uk then click on ENTER VOUCHER CODE,
    and enter the code: 25sweets
If you have any problems, email one of the support staff listed above!

    Kind Regards,
Carl Knight - Chief Executive Officer, I Support Media Limited.

SO, what you think? Sweetcollecy.co.uk was crap !!!! anyway, I was posted my sweets but 49 were missing my account got closed just for saying it!

So basically Carl Knight (a.k.a. Carl Buckingham) has just come up with yet another scam - this time to enable him to zero many peoples' accounts.

It's a wonder that he isn't in prison by now, or at least disqualified from being a company director. He's a complete and utter crook.

He owns loads of site, Which i have been coned by Even his Afiliate newtwork is a con all my so called completed tranactions were reversed 10 days after they were completed (I gave links to friends who had compete them) but this email was a shock! 20 days late! I hate Carl Kinght!

sweetcollect.co.uk is NOT beening re-owned, It is still live you can still join, earn sweets (but i dont think you get them) One thing that is funny is he hasnt even put EVEN a tiny litte notice on the website to say after this day... no sweets will be sent out... So he get more ppl joining every day and he makes money and dosnt send them out! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think it is being made out to be re-wned so he can clear the name of sweetcollect.co.uk and con other peaple to!

I still havnt got a reply from Shanni (the B**ch) Yet but i said to her the email was late will i still get my sweets? And what the new website?

He can still run all the other con sweetcollect sites E.G australia, New Zealand lol

The zone is NOT for uk members anymore!

Once i asked Carl, Why havnt i got my pakage, He said 1 in 500 parces get lost maybe one of them were yours! lol how can 1 in every 500 get lost only if he is eating one in every 500 instead lol

One thing i find starnge is he sold all info to this soo called new owner!

    BEWARE OF CARL KNIGHTS SITES!!!
    EXPECIAL HIS AFILIATE PROGRAM!

I have been with Carl through several websites talk freebies, sweetcollect and enjoyed the experience.

Whilst I won't deny that Sweetcollect has been through a rough year or so on the whole I have enjoyed being a member. Carl did provide offers for 25 sweets each to ensure that members would pass the 25 sweet limit which now exists for parcels (back at the start you could request a parcel as soon as you got 10 sweets!)I had all my clicks approved even some that were duplicates. An additional freephone number has been setup for the final week My main issue with sweetcollect.co.uk has been that the forum linked to it went international and it lost a lot of the community feel that it had.

I thought it made sense that the UK section of sweetcollect was being sold off - wouldn't Carl want to make some money out of us rather than just dump us? However as it is now the 7th and I still haven't heard who we have been flogged off to, I am beginning to have doubts!

I wasn't aware of Carl's name change but I did find the following from companies house
    Quote: Name & Registered Office:
    CARL KNIGHT LIMITED
    Company No. 05168654
    Number of Cases: 1
To obtain details of the practitioner click on the appropriate case type description.
Case Number: 1 (of 1 cases)
    Case Type: CORPORATE VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT
    Date of Report: 27/06/2007
This might explain why the sweet deliveries have been a little delayed recently!

I personally have never had any problems with Carl and as he is still under 25 I am prepared to accept that he may have made a few mistakes with things on the way through. However I do feel that on the whole he is genuine. (How old was Carl in the clix days? Did he share the name Carl Buckingham with another family member?)

However as I have one final package still to come I will use that as the final test.

Having said that I would however be interested to know a rough approximation of the times article which is supposed to say where the money went - if anybody read it and can still remember please PM me.

I have never had data protection issues (I work in IT and would have been really hot on any infringement). As to the possibility that there WERE issues with the data protection registration I couldn't possbly comment. However I don't believe there are any with SweetCollect.co.uk at this time.

I was a member of Candyrewards and was very annoyed when it just vanished. Sweetcollect.co.uk members may not have been give a huge amount of notice but we did atleast get more than 10 days notice!
