  • I was just doing a bit of internet surfing today and realised that I'd made a BIG mistake previously and so I rushed back here to apologise to IFreeMedia and to confirm that I was wrong with everyone.

I got confused between ISupportMedia (which sweetcollect owns) and IFreeMedia (Which is the very legit company that owns CandyRewards)

I'd like to apologise to IFreeMedia and anyone else who read this post for raising this issue incorrectly.

    Thanks
    Chris

They moved all your transactions to in incompleted??????
If you definatly completed them i would keep on at them MOST merchants confirm within 24 hours!!!

Thanks for above input, have complained and now all my sweets have been moved to completed and are due to be sent out 14 december  but they must be catching up or responding to complaints as there are over 2000 in the queues for sweets. Maybe it's worth giving them another go?

    Thanks

see how a REAL sweet site works at candyrewards.com

I joined this site to see how they compared in relation to sweetcollect.

On candyrewards it took no effort at all to accumulate the minimum amount of sweets needed in order to request a package. The clicks were validated really quickly and I received the sweets within a few days of requesting them.

Candyrewards appears to be the total opposite of sweetcollect in every respect.

i wouldnt be so sure of that from what i have seen recently (which i cant actually repeat) but they apparently have over 50000 packages awaiting dispatch  and i would expect your date that they are due to be sent out would gradually get further and further away....

sugarnspice - glad they arrived safely and that you are happy :D

I spoke too soon about the clicks being quickly validated. I've got a long list of unvalidated clicks which have been there for ages.

I have received 2 small packages from them though:T

I'm feeling a sense of déjà vu coming on. Who HASN'T he bullied and threatened for that exact same reason? Wonder if he's familiar with the phrase 'you reap what you sow'
  • I joined CandyRewards after reading this thread, and i have to say they are just as bad as sweet collect
