Just getting a quote this morning.

RBS Home Ins 206 through Q 168 direct. So would be overall cheaper after 60 Q cashback but as my previous experience of Quidco and insurers is mixed I will forgo the risk.

    Sorry don't understand that.

You say £206 with Quidco and £168 without Quidco - how is Quidco cheaper?

206 - 60 Q = 146 (I will edit my post) The argument is that the baseline quote through Quidco is higher.

I wondered if you mean that.

However it does highlight the point that the actual quote through Quidco is higher.

Did you clear cookies after getting the quote via Quidco or use a different browser?

I was meaning the other war round. If you went to Quidco first then RBS without clearing cookies you may have got the Quidco price again.

Did you go to Quidco or RBS first?
