put some music on, dance music.
Dance silly, gr crazy, have a laugh out loud to yourself. let yourself go.
I wish my OH would go out now and again.
My hubby is out tonight (though due home within the next hour) but just wanted to say thank you for this idea.
Have put the music channel on and there are some fabulous 80's tunes on tonight, have been dancing round the house with the broom (as an obvious microphone replacement lol)
Fantastic memories and now the Ghostbusters are on WOOHOO!
The 80's rule!!! :T
Would like to add that the kids think i'm mad and I wish hubby would go out more. LOL0 -
Going to get my son in my bed I think. I feel too lonely.
Right better turn this off or he will wake up.

Mutter, that vitriolic response was totally uncalled for.
Also, depression doesn't automatically make someone totally incapable of caring for a child.
ETA. OP are you getting any help with your depression? You sound very down:(0 -

It doesn't, but if someone is so down that they have to post on here for hugs and then say they're suffering from depression and need to bring their child into their bed to make them feel better, it's worrying.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

I agree that it is worrying. But PP calling her a t!!! and insinuating that her OH may be out with another woman was hardly going to help!
OP's post made me feel very sad for her. I'm sure she's just having a bad night and tomorrow everything will look different. We are just privy to a tiny glimpse into her life, and I hate that assumptions are made on that basis.0 -

Good point, and accepted. I hate to see anyone so dependent on their other half; it worries me.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0
