Calling a UK mobile abroad (merged)

If you want to call a spanish mobile (note NOT a UK mobile in Spain) then you can use Topup2talk - that's what I use to call one of my staff who is based in spain when I'm not in Skype range - essentially you text a number which "credits" your phone with £5 of talk time and the text itself costs you £5. Then you can call the spanish number by using an 0207 access number, for a certain amount per minute.

So the call will come out of your minutes and you will get however long you have spoken on the phone for deducted from your "credit".

If you look at https://www.topup2talk.com they dont indicate that you can call Spanish Mobiles. Only Spanish Landlines are mentioned in their tariffs.
