  • Just went to the Asda at Brighton Marina (on the way back from the Kooks gig) and the guy at the entertainment section didn't have a clue about any in stock. I mentioned about this forum and he said they aren't getting any in until after christmas soo

Good luck - if you're def getting one I'd look around for extra controllers now so you don't end up with the console and stuck for accessories.

Cant wait to see who gets one from Asda! Theres still controllers at Tesco Jersey and Amazon.

FloFlo - did you get the Wii from HDUK?

  • How many of you people actually want one, rather than simply being greedy and wanting to sell the thing on to make a profit?

    Own up now:cool:

I only want one for myself. If I got another I would offer it to another person without making a profit. I'm not against people making profit though because they're totally entitled to it. I think if you get one extra and you want to make a profit, it's understandable. I am annoyed that there are alot of people buying many many Wiis (>3) for the sole purpose of selling for huge profits. I just want one! People paying over the odds in desperation are the ones to blame.
  • Called at Pudsey Asda last night, the women behind the counter didn't have a clue when they were getting any.

    Calling in again this morning.

Woohoo I've got a Wii! Asda Aintree only had 16 delivered and I got the 10th one at 8am. The lady said that there were 10 people who had rung up and where coming in, so the supply is still not as much as demand. I just need to find a TV at work now.....

And I only bought one, so not selling it on ebay!

Out of interest (and sorry for straying slightly OT), I wonder how sympathetic people would be to stores, Game/HMV etc, raising their prices because of demand for Wiis?
