I would urge you all to get in touch with Quidco & ornge in regard to this
We have been mis-sold a contract i reckon if it fails to materialise
I have posted the replies i have had from Quidco & Orange is also looking into it.
I have had the £80 cashback paid last month.

We have been in touch with Orange and they have explained that they are having a few delays due to an unexpected high demand for the xbox offer.
They are expecting to have this cleared shortly.

Any news on XBOX yet as spoke to you about it in September & still not had it......surely orange still can't be waiting on deliveries 3 months later.

There are hundreds of customers waiting on the XBox's & by looks of it no-one has received one.
Posts all over the internet about it...and basically Quidco blaming Orange, & Orange blaming Quidco aint helping us as customers.0 -
Just received a new email from Jamie @ Quidco asking for November bill to be emailed to him
If you have not done so.....go to orange.co.uk, & sign up to online account management.
You will need you mobile phone handy for security code & also you account number.
Once you have upgraded your account to fullstatus you can then view all your bills.
Open up your November bill & save it to ur computer.
Attach your November bill in an email & Send it to: members@quidco.com
Subject line: FAO Jamie XBOX
