Although Talk Talk has a bad reputation - Charles Dunstone im sure is a owner who looks at this feedback properly. I would send him the complaint letter - My guess is you would be surprised and get a constuctive reply.0

I agree, I think that Charles Dunstone would look at all feedback (or at least his office), I was going to write to him but I've sent an email, instead, to the address TalkTalk provided to Watchdog when they were featured on there. I had a friend who did this and they've had their issues resolved quickly - the email goes to the CEO's office - had a courtsey reply from them that was very polite and well written. Fingers crossed.:)0 -
