I'm happy to sell abroad and have done successfully before but the eBay format has changed since then.
I ticked the box UK eBay only but I have a request to send and item to Norway. It's clothing and weighs less than 1kg but with me putting a UK only auction the max postage allowed in my auction maybe less than that.
I will take the parcel to the post-office for a price but how do I change the postal charge should they be successful?
What do I need to do?

Presumably the item has already been won by the Norwegian? If so, send him an invoice. You get the opportunity to add an amount, or subtract, before payment. If it is just an enquiry, you can revise the listing to show Europe postage.0

Thank you it is just an enquiry but I wanted to know I could alter the postage accordingly if they were successful.
How do I alter my listing to include Europe? I looked at revise listing and it isn't an option.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

It is there. Under postage. The drop box which states no international postage can be changed.0

The only other option it gives me there is- Flat:Same cost to all buyers.
Shall I select that and let them know to wait for an invoice from me?£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

I had this the other day and if there is a bid on your listing you cannot add European once set up - I had to add my buyer to my blocked bidders list - exclusions0

In that case, don't alter it. And why block? It's another bidder. Technically, he could win, pay and then demand you post for the amount stated. In my experience that has never happened. Up to you really.0

If you go and revise your listing, look at where it states "Give buyers P&P details Add or remove options"
It may be you need to add international postage under the Add option.0 -

Right I've got there and added International postage to Europe.
Now I need to take the parcel to the post office to get it weighed and priced.
One more question. I am away when the auction ends does eBay invoice the buyer automatically or is it on my instruction? (It will be the following evening.)
EDIT: I've changed it back as it still say's Flat:Same cost to all buyers.
I will just say yes to the buyer and advise them of the new postal cost.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

No the invoice won't go to him automatically. He will get an email saying he has won and to pay now but that would just take him to your sterling invoice. However, I believe that it would say that he needs to request the total from you so he can't just go ahead and pay the wrong amount.
I hope the post office isn't far if you've got to traipse backwards and forwards to weigh. Invest in some scales if you haven't got any (they'll soon pay for themselves) and either look up the amount on the Post Office website or pick up a copy of Pricing Made Easy when you are next in the post office and work it out from that.0 -
Don't forget you will also need to put on a customs form as Norway is not in the EU (but is Europe postage rates).0
