Hello everyone the husband again, sorry if my english is not up to your standards i will get on that, considering when I write on here it is just a forum and not an english literature test, I type fast and make mistakes and these days certain words are cut down for net jargon, like when (wen) what (wat). so to all you university graduates out there who cant make sense of a bit of word croping go back to school youself. Oh cheryl's( my WIFE) brother is on his way round to give an opinion too.
Yep words are cut down for net jargon, normally when you are 12 years old

didnt change ant user name, that was my sister, and if you read previous posts in this thread i have stated many times that she did originally get the csa involved, and no story has changed, take a look back it was other people assoming further down the thread that she had not contacted csa originally when we were young
Your sister is posting as well and you all use the same logon? :rotfl: Martin should start giving out family memberships.0 -
DX2: But that amount will affect the amount you claim in benefits:
Cheza1982: - Part 1 it will yes, i am not interested in that I claim what I am entitled too, if it goes down it goes down if it stops it stops.
Cheza1982 - Part 2 "i dont need the money i am not a poor person i own my home have my own car my kids dont go without we get our yearly holidays and have a good life, so it aint the money"
Clearly the benefits system needs a seriously good shake up :-) Damn, I am devoting far too much time to this thread, but its like watching daytime TV.
Cue Jezza (trying to fit in) Kyle with the lie detector :rotfl:0 -
Can't even be bothered contributing anymore, this is clearly all linked to members of a dysfunctional family wanting to get as much cash as they can. Any normal family would just split the blood money equally between themselves.
BLT, I'm getting tired of reading all of your snipes and rubbish. Who really cares about your ubber intelligence and literary prowess? Clearly you hold the answers to all of lifes mysteries.
Leave the OP alone, she is asking some valid questions, whether you happen to agree with her/them or not.
You've had your outburst, several times, now move on as you said you were going to do.0 -
BLT, why are you constantly having "a go" at the OP?? Whatever you think personally, she has come on here for help, to what is, to her, a very real problem. Not everyone can express themselves and be totally articulate when writing things down, especially when under stress! People are all different, I wouldn't dream of doing what the OP's mother has done, to my kids, but have to acknowledge that some put money above all else. Its not my job to judge and berate people for the way they live their lives, speak or write!!!0

Feel free to block my posts, its quite easy to do so, personally I don't give a damn whether you are tired of them are not.
If people want to post for opinions on a public forum (and I hasten to add this is exactly what the OP asked for), then continue with an outpouring of vitriol against their mother for the simple crime of doing exactly what they are doing; eg claiming a part of a deceased individuals legacy, then they must expect to elicit both approbation and condemnation.
Please watch this space for more contributions :rotfl:0 -

Can you PM me with the details of what the letter asking you for the cheque said please? Obviously take out all the personal stuff like name, national insurance number etc. I am interested in the wording of the letter asking you for money. What you said does make sense, as executor of a will you may well be contacted, but I don't know how they would know you were the executor?0

How did it go with the Solicitor today?0
