listen up you stupid ignorant person, from the way you answered previous posts and stated you would do exactly the same i couldnt care less, as for the little chav remark which from the way you go on is more suited to you, i dont need the money i am not a poor person i own my home have my own car my kids dont go without we get our yearly holidays and have a good life, so it aint the money. I also phoned my mother and offered her 5000 out of my share if she wanted it as i had never refused her when she originally asked it was my sister, I only got angry wen she demanded the 5000 or it all, I never wanted this or do she still has a chance to accept the 5000 from me, I cant speak for my sister but i just dont want all this goin on. 65K POT ACTUALLY
£20k will affect your family's benefits though ;) Maybe your mother is doing you a favour.

The OP never got a letter from the csa, it was her Mum stating a claim from the insurance policy cos she was left out of it :o

cheza1982 has mentioned being in contact with the CSA several times.

What exactly does this letter say? "The only letter i got was them asking for a cheque from me by the 21 of this month no info although i phoned them and they said they would send me all the info."

Don't they explain why the money is owed? Why have they asked you for it? Have they asked your sisters for money as well?

This is such an emotional and upsetting problem. I feel sorry for cheza1982 trying to cope with this after a death, a birth and a medical emergency. Any one of those is enough to throw someone off balance but all three, followed by the emotional impact of the mother's actions, are a lot to cope with.

I hope you get some good advice from the solicitor. I don't think you've been able to give precise enough information on here for people to help you.
