How do i complain about jobcentre

I have been signing on for a year now and have been looking for work all the time but all this year so far the jobcentre has not paid me on time and sometimes not at all and refuse to back pay me. I let that go and sorted my claim out. then They sent me on a course called 4star i attended that everytime and went to sign on and asked my advisor for parttime and full time work she said she had no parttime and no full time work for me. That week i was supposed to get paid and never got paid so i went to the jobcentre and asked why. They said its because i asked for parttime work when i was supposed to be looking for full time work. i went mad about this and the security guard called me a white !!!!!!!. My partner tried to call for a crisis loan from the jobcentre phones as they had not paid us, so the manager pushed my partner out the way to put the phone down as apparently we are not allowed to ring up for a crisis loan at the jobcentre.
I went mad again and then the police were called. these people are supposed to help us find jobs not mess us about and treat us like !!!! and be racist. i was arrested just for trying to make a complaint.
Can anybody help me.

You shouldnt have gone mad as you put it,0

Write a complain letter to the job centre manager, that would be the 1st instance. If you're still not satisfied with the outcome, probably next is to write to the regional/head office.0

I hate going to the jobcentre because of people like this. You're practically getting free money and free help in finding a job. They could give you nothing then where would you stand?Love United - Hate Glazer0

The job centre do not pay you, the job centre do not give out crisis loans,
this is the job of the DWP. (dept of work and pensions)
You werent arrested for making a complaint, you were arrested for
'going mad' TWICE.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -

Dont agree with you with some of your comments. Whatever you may think people are entitled to benefits to help with while they are unemployed. The OP needs to learn to not react in that way again and speak/write to the correct channels when they have a complain to make.0 -
what was their reasoning 4 not back paying?!0

OP, the jobcentre do not process your payments. It is unfair of you to expect that by shouting the staff should put up with it. No where else would they put up with abuse. Twice this week I have been asked to speak to customers who think it's OK to argue and threaten staff then ask to speak to the manager when they still don't get there own way.
We don't make rules we follow then same as anyone else and we have the right to work in a safe environment.
Try speaking to the member of staff calmly and you will then get a full explanation as why there is a problem with your benefit and maybe they will even phone the benefit delivery centre for you and try to help sort it out.0 -
was this hereford job center by any chance ??0

by taking your business elsewhere!
or by writing a polite letter explaining
a) what happened (facts only not emotions or opinions)
b) what you think should have happened
c) what you think should be done to rectify it
and send it to the centre manager
otherwise calm down and just get on with itDebt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0
