i don't suppose you or ayone has an address for the CEO, i can't find anywhere to write to, after two more sim cards, (that was wrongly sent), more phone calls, promises to ring me back numerous times, i've given up with ringing themDont get annoyed send a nice email to the CEO and ask for his help to sort this out for you. Googling ceo of Orange seems to bring up the name of "Tom Alexander" but I'm afraid I can't confirm this

on a slight side note, Orange CS does seem useless. I rang up once regarding a problem with my sim's/phone's inability to connect to the internet. The CS rep on the phone told me to go to my local Orange shop and they'd be able to set it up for me. After a 15minute train ride I reached my local Orange store to which the Orange clerk simply told me to effectively go back home and "Google" the Orange settings (which I had already done even prior to the phonecall!). Such lazy assistance, it got me so angry0
