Linen is £7 per room if its a Haven, and passes are free for under 5's

You still get pillows and duvets just not the covers , we just bring our own covers

thanks deanos but i'm sure for church farm the linen in luxury caravan is free??? and according to the breakfree website it just says the amount per person for the pass nothing about ages???

Is Church Farm a Haven ?

As i booked a holiday with breakfree last month, on the Haven invoice it says under 5's are free, it will also tell you if you pay for linen when the invoice arrives so you will soon know

yeah it's defo a Haven, I had a look direct as soon as I booked this afternoon, it'll annoy me now until the confirmation and invoice comes in the post

Does anyone know for the Haven caravans what type you actually get for standard, luxury and luxury plus? On the Haven website they go by standard, superior, superior plus, deluxe, prestige, platinum and exclusive. I've noticed that deluxe, although sounding like one of the luxury options, doesn't come with heating in the bedrooms. So what do you actually get for your money???

there is a link on the breakfree website that tells you about the charges, i am sure we paid per night for the service charge, not per bedroom and we didn't pay for an entertainment pass for our 3 yr old.

Just had a call from the missus to tell me that the invoice has arrived from Haven and they want another £50 :eek:

From what she said this is for

Entertainment Pass
Electricity @ £26. For 4 nights. How much electricity do they think we will need.
Linen at £14

Thats an extra 75% on top.

Ok so £125 is still cheapish for 4 night break but as we paid for luxury+ and linen is not included I would expect the luxury+ to be a Standard+ looking at the comparison website.

Not particularly amused.

I hope we have a heat wave in September as these are not heated. It did say we may get a chalet though.
