why, how much did you pay? for how many nights?
I'm going on 2 sun holidays in the school summer holidays - one is haven, then I'm getting the steam train to butlins. It's cost less than £240 for a week during school summer holidays. I haven't seen any cheaper than that?52% tight0 -

You will be fine depending on what you want out of the holidayGood point, hadn't thought of that...
Well I'll be there (possibly), Ayr, first week of October! I don't read the Mail or the Sun, and I get scared when I watch Jeremy Kyle
. You've got me worried now!
I'm new to the family holiday park scene.... bar one Center Parcs trip (which was great). Due to the price of this one I'm not expecting the same experience, but I'm not a fan of Mr Kyle, and would rather not watch it on my holidays:eek:
Perhaps this is one of those, 'you'll only ever do it once' type scenarios. We shall see!
Holiday cost £40
Extras approx £50 for basic caravan
my friends and I use the caravan as a base and go out everyday. then we have our own entertainment in the caravan with films, pizza and a drink or 2.
we did try the evening entertainment but it was so bad we left after 5 mins.
but if you are wanting to stay on site and use the facilities you will come across 'a mixture' of people lol0 -
Do you need the actual tokens for this one or just the codes? Thanks!0

well we go 4 times a year to Haven on these 'cheap' deals some of the sites we've found are better than others but the kids absolutly love Haven they have entertainment on site in the day some days again are better than others I personally look at the entertainment guide the day we get there and we stay on site the days it is better and go out the days when ther's not so much on, if your kids are little they'll love stuff like Bradley's Teddy Bears Picnic and Annabell's Kichen and the daytime Panto. The evening entertainment starts for the kids at around 6.30 and again ours love the character shows there's a different one every night and then joining in with the game shows to earn points for their team. one thing do keep your camera at all times as they will end up having loads of pictures with the characters which can cost a bomb but stand next to the camerman and take your own - they are fine with that at Haven, hope you have a good holiday - and last point in October the caravans get COLD there is a gas fire in the living room but we always take a small blow heater to warm the bedrooms through.
