    But surely even if you get less than the £66 per week, it is worth your while to get what you are supposed to receive AS AN ENTITLEMENT TO YOUR CHILD? As far as I know from posts on here, the first ex will get a percentage of his income, and then you will get a percentage of what is left over after the first one has been paid.
    You need to also get an agreement on the value of the house in today's market - so that if he is not contributing to the mortgage for the next however many years and the house value increases, you are only obliged to buy him out at today's value, not the increased value which your money will be getting sunk into in order to secure that increase in value. You'll need to see a solicitor to get that arranged.

    i will be claiming csa, i cant not tbh. the house valuation etc will have to wait until hes gone else i cant get legal aid .
    its all such a bloody mess . ive done nothing but cry for the past 2 weeks, ive already lost half a stone... that being the only upside.

    If he has 4 children, 2 with each ex, then the maximum they will take off him is 25% of his wage and split it 12.5% to each ex.
