Amazon UK technical error resulting in spam... 'what can I get'?
So not only do you want compensation for a piffling inconvenience they've already apologised for, but you want others to do the work of obtaining it for you???
Amazon UK have been sending me an automated email up to three times an hour since 10pm last night. I complained about the spam, and they have written back and said they are "aware of the problem" and "developers are working on a solution".
As they have acknowledged they are sending me spam, and as the spam is still arriving until they fix it, I think I may be a little greedy here (seeing as it's Amazon, and all). What would be the best way to approach them for a voucher, or some kind of 'gift' for the pain in the neck they're causing me...? Do I have any rights at all?
Thank you! Amazon UK technical error resulting in spam... 'what can I get'?
