Has our high-roller divulged the name of the casino yet?

The casino was Victor Chandler.
I got a reply to my request for copies of my chat logs, I assume that the Lady I emailed read my dispute, checked the logs and agreed that my issue was mishandled. Got the bonus I was due plus a goodwill gesture.
So all in all I do have to praise them for a prompt response once a manager was involved, I fully understand that lower level staff do have to say certain things and sometimes mishandle certain things.
The only thing I would suggest if they are reading, is to ensure that the CS make it clear that you can forward it to a manager. I was pretty much told 'the decision was final' and to contact the gambling commission, which seems a pretty poor method of handling a dispute.
I am pretty happy to carry on betting here.
