Dad got a new gadget and every time it is connected into the computer it states “J:\ is not accessible. The result could not be performed because of an I/O device error." What does this mean and how can it be fixed or can it?

    What kind of 'gadget'? What kind of computer? Any other relevant info would help, because at the moment;

    It is a high definition camera pen. It does not state what type or model it is. Dad got it before I did and apparently it did not come with a driver disk.

    It is supposed to be a STK02N Camera according to the problems and solutions on the computer.

    Ask the vendor about it. Is the device charged up fully? Does the spy camera use a tf/microsd card - just use a card reader if so.
