I/O device error

Dad got a new gadget and every time it is connected into the computer it states “J:\ is not accessible. The result could not be performed because of an I/O device error." What does this mean and how can it be fixed or can it?

Is it a pen or is it a camera , seriously what type/make/model and did it come with a driver disk and was that installed.Pen camera. It is a high definition camera pen. It does not state what type or model it is. Dad got it before I did and apparently it did not come with a driver disk.0 -

It is supposed to be a STK02N Camera according to the problems and solutions on the computer.0

Ask the vendor about it. Is the device charged up fully? Does the spy camera use a tf/microsd card - just use a card reader if so.0
