You can grab album art via Amazon.
There's a cool (free) app that'll do it for you. You need to have your music reasonably well named for it to find the associated album art on Amazon. I did about 500 albums in a few minutes the other day.

I get stuttering when I do this:
Start iTunes, play a song
Open Windows Media Player 10, play a video file with sound, iTunes stutters.
I have a fast PC, 4ghz Pentium Dual Core. iTunes 7 is worse than iTunes 6 in my opinion.0 -

Probably just a coding bug, I'm sure it'll get sorted in the patch/next release.
