well i took some advise on balif charges and have now sent them a recorded letter outlining the fees they can charge plus the origional 60 pound fine .. and have offered to pay this .. but i doubt i will hear anything ..0

I would contact your local CAB office or seek a solicitor as this matter has already gone way to far than it should have been allowed too!0
