I've never heard my Mum say that elfen!! When we were kids the worst I heard was 'bloody hell - and that's swearing'! I remember overhearing her tell my aunty to watch her language in front of us when we were kids. My mum was the straight laced one, her sister was the 'didn't care what she said' one!

Right thats work wrapped up for the day, I can honestly say I can see the wood for the trees....could do with a few more clients...but a bit of a breather to organise myself properly would not go amiss...

My mother shocks me!!!

Although we were having an argument one night when she went out looking for me after I called her and told her I would be late in. I didn't know she had gone out looking for me so I locked her out the house and she banged on the door so hard she put her fist through the window! She ranted at me and I ranted back and she kept saying pardon! pardon! I said 'well if you took your !!!!!! bob hat off you would hear me!'

Needless to say she did hear that one! Made her laugh though...:rotfl:

I once put my fist through the back door of my old house The glass literally just 'went'. It was weird. I knocked on it as my ex had locked me out (he was drunk - quelle surprise) and it was half the size of the door :eek:

BB, I've heard her say it a few times, usually when she is rightly annoyed with my big sister and her wife. The last time was when she'd had her knee op, and was in a brace. I'd gone down not long after and my big sis and wife had just moved out, and mum was !!!!!ing about how they did NOTHING, for example, they didn't help with cooking Sunday dinner, or helping put the washing on (which I would have done) and kept effing and blinding about them. Whereas she tried standing to talk to me, and I shouted at her to sit down and rest her leg!

ooooo ive been very strange this afternoon and had to go to bed for 2 hours...I text OH and said if you haven't heard from me by the time you leave work pleased phone and check im not dead. Needless to say im not dead but still feel awful
