My kids love them with ham and jam on....they spread the pancake with jam and add shredded ham before rolling it up.....my eldest also used to dribble a bit of maple syrup on it too....before i spotted him and stopped him, talk about a sugar overload lol0

Peanut butter and banana!! If you heat the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds it goes all melty and gooey, then chop up some banana and roll the pancake up. Mmmm.0

Bacon and golden syrup - yum! (not my idea but a common american thing and now even sold in wetherspoons pubs for breakfast!)
Fry some veg: mushroom, red onion, pepper then add cheese for a savoury sensation.
Have fun

It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!0 -
Not really weird combinations, but I did spiced apple, toffee syrup and squirty cream last year, and it was bee-ootiful. I have done bolognese sauce and kinda made pancake cannelloni which was nice. Also, I can't stop thinking of crispy duck and plum sauce... mmm
