New Tesco Health and Beauty leaflets

Hi,

I think Tesco might have found the BOGOF glitch!

I've just bought:-
Radox handwash x 2 (BOGOF) at £1.66
Dove handcream x 2 (BOGOF) at £2.07
Dove body moisuriser x 2 (BOGOF) at 3.24
Rembrandt toothpast £7.99

Before the BOGOF discount came off it should have come to: £21.93
I handed in:-
2 x £2.50 off a £10 spend
5 x £1 off a £4 spend on toiletries etc.

But the till would only take 1 x £2.50 and 2 x £1.

What I don't understand is why it wouldn't take a 3rd £1 - even after the BOGOF discount was applied the total spend would have been £14.96

Has anyone else had the same experience today?

Yes i've just had the same problem, i blame the dove hand cream, i was lucky a supervisor put the £2.50 coupon through as a non scan product. Didn't have no problem when i put other items through.

Oh I hope they haven't found the glitch because I kept back some vouchers in readiness for the new offers

2 dove body cream (silk)
2 lynx shower gel
self scan took 3 x £1.00 2 x £2.50 i couldnt scan anymore as it shouted for assistance and she wouldnt let me put another one thru

Hello if anyone has any spare vouchers, i really could put them to good use, as i have been really ill with a pain condition called RSD, hence little enjoyment in and life and next to no money. I read how others have been lucky and taken full use of this offer, and in the south we dont have these vouchers at all. Spend a good warm feeling to wiltshire!!!

I had my £2.50 voucher refused today and I had purchased two of the handcreams so I think this may be the problem. Im glad you noticed that because I was beginning to think that they had cottoned on to what we were doing!! :eek:
