Tesco Iphone Contract Change - what can we do?

It seems strange is how you got an unlimited data contract. (In july)
After tesco and O2 both stopped appear to stop them when the iPhone 4 was out.
Also the 500MB "additional" data bundle from oct 2010 appears to be the same as what O2 are offer customer who took out contract after 24th June 2010.0
